The soothing colours and accessibility made it good value for money, but we had an unpleasant incident: the roomboys kept ringing the bell and banging on the door past 12 am asking for “room service” / “AC repair” while we were sleeping, which felt very unusual and kind of scary; when we complained to the receptionist the next morning she showed an indifferent attitude.
