The rooms were tidy and there was no noise, but we found the pillows rather hard; the mattress, however, was excellent.

Every staff member was wonderful and helpful, especially the kind man who fixed my air conditioner quickly and was overall warm and welcoming—thanks a lot! I loved the bed; coming from a hotel with a very firm mattress, it was a relief to have such a soft, comfy bed, especially after spending a lot of time jet‑lagged in it! 😂 I think adding a lamp would soften the harsh lighting for evenings and nights. 😊

This place was a great spot for our time in Kyoto. The location was great, we could walk to Kyoto station and many other attractions, and it was also close to many restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery stores. The room was clean, and we appreciated that the towels were changed daily. The room also had a small fridge, microwave, and mugs. The bathroom could have used a new shower curtain.

The accommodation was very clean, very quiet, in the center, close to all the buses. The staff was very discreet. We loved it.
