Simple but pretty, decorated in typical Danish style. Near the train station. Easy check‑in even after 22:00. It was not immediately obvious that the sofa could be used as a bed.

They cancelled on the same day, so we suddenly had no place to stay. They promised to refund the money, including the extra €300 accommodation fee, but they have not paid back yet.

I liked the location. Watching the beautiful green garden and trees from the kitchen and bathroom was very grounding and fascinating to me. The room’s comfort was great. The staff were amazing and very understanding. I loved how quickly they responded on the app. I did not like the bedding; it had a strange smell and I could see hair on it, so I’m not sure it was properly washed—maybe because it had been under the sofa component for so long? They need to double‑check cleanliness, especially if guests are using them. Another odd thing was that they only left one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Their phone was out of reach every time I tried to call, which was also strange.

They snatched me! Gave me a fake code and no staff to talk to, and the phone was constantly on hold.
