Our host was the warmest, kindest person we met on our trip, clearly loving his job and that shows in the service he offers; though he didn't speak much English, we communicated easily with a mix of English and Japanese, and he gave us great local tips for Hakone, so I highly recommend this place. Boss, thank you for everything. As for negatives, there was hardly anything to mention—maybe a minor issue, but nothing dramatic. I thought only one person could use the onsen at a time, so I was surprised when another guest entered the bath while I was already there; otherwise, nothing to add.
