The onsen and the food were nice, but I expected a ryokan and instead found a Japanese hotel with an onsen, which was a bit disappointing.

Dinner included all alcoholic drinks, the bath had many cleansing options, and the value for money was good; the bath itself felt great.

Chambre très propre. L’hôtel est plutôt destiné à des familles ou à des personnes âgées . La réceptionniste ne parle pas l’anglais… l’hôtel est assez excentré du centre
