The staff were decent, but the place looked beautiful in the photos while the breakfast was actually included, and the facilities were awful—there even was a power outage because of bad wiring.

Summary of this review
The customer service was terrible throughout the property; on arrival a lady forced me to pay in a particular way even though she was checking the facilities, so I’m still weighing the stay without bias, but I do appreciate the good service that can be found elsewhere.

The rooms were filthy, the bathrooms were even dirtier, there was no air conditioning, and they asked us to cancel the reservation and pay directly, then charged us more and didn’t provide breakfast; we moved to another hotel at the same price and it turned out to be excellent. I didn’t like it at all; it’s a horrible hotel.
