The sheets were stained, the beds creaked unbearably in a room meant for many people, the lights couldn’t be turned on or off by us, a censor sat in the living room next to one bed, and the pool hours were disappointing compared to what was advertised as an indoor pool.

The location, cleanliness, and the sports equipment at the center were all great.
The location and especially the coziness in the "tonne" were great, nothing else ☺️.
I stayed in a spacious room that was lovely, but it was unbearably hot and a ventilation unit right outside the window made the noise so loud that keeping the window open was impossible.
