How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel is close to the city. The room air‑con was too cold, there was no place to dry clothes, no breakfast, no shampoo or soap, the hot‑water dispenser on the second floor didn’t work, the small towel provided couldn’t be swapped for a clean one, common areas had no air‑con, and there was no convenience store within a five‑minute walk.

The rooms were freezing because of the air conditioning, the bedding had hair on it, and the bathroom was dirty at 2 pm; at night the rooms were cleaned.

The place sits close to a train station and lets you check in after 11 pm via self‑check‑in. When I opened my door I was hit by a strong smell of paint stripper, bleach or some harsh chemical, so strong that other guests were seen wearing masks to sleep. This was in Level 1F, Room 223, and I’m not sure if the other rooms had the same issue. It was an unmanned hostel, so there was no staff to ask about changing rooms or getting a refund.

The bed and the “cabins” were really nice, and it was great to have a lockable wardrobe for valuables.
