The hotel is service‑dog friendly and has a lovely indoor pool that could have been warmer; the door to the room has a gap letting light in, the air‑conditioning was awful, there were no spare trash bags so I had to ask housekeeping, and for the price I paid for two rooms it wasn’t worth it; people were allowed in at night, and the doors and walkways…

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the lobby, room, and pool stayed spotless. The kitchen inside the suite was perfect, stocked with all the basics you’d need to cook, and the shower was spacious; the shampoo and conditioner provided were good quality. I can’t think of a single bad thing to say.

Front desk staff were funny and informative, and the facilities were well kept and cozy. The pool was great for the kids, and even though it’s in a corporate park, it wasn’t far to find dining options. The bed was acceptable and there were even firm pillows available! It’s not a place seated in a bustling walkable area.
