The price was reasonable, so I didn’t expect too much, but overall the stay was nice. They made an exception for early check‑in, and the guy there was friendly. Keep in mind that reaching them by phone or WhatsApp is difficult, and the reception only opens during the day.

Being close to Venice, the place is in Mestre and offers a concise price. The building is old, messy, with broken furnishings, especially the windows that won’t close properly.

Nothing positive. The experience was terrible: poor service, lack of cleanliness, and broken amenities. The room did not match the photos, and the staff was unhelpful. We called the manager repeatedly for keys and were ignored; when he finally arrived he didn’t greet us, didn’t introduce himself, and demanded tourist taxes and scanned documents, refusing to speak English. The place is advertised as a flat but is really just a room that doesn’t match the pictures. We found many problems: the room was dirty with a strong damp smell; there were few towels, almost no toilet paper, and only liquid soap; the air‑conditioning was broken; the internet didn’t work; the bathroom had no ventilation or extractor; the shower drain was clogged so water pooled in the basin. These are not minor details—they directly affect hygiene, comfort, and basic standards. The worst part is the combination of bad service, poor facilities, and misleading advertising. We expected to receive what we paid for, basic cleanliness, and respectful service.

The room was just enough for a single night and not much else. When we arrived there was no one to check us in, so we had to call and wait on the street at 11 pm until someone answered. The tourist tax was paid separately and we didn’t get a receipt. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the shower had worn, dirty parts, and a faucet piece was torn off with a hole exposed. In the room, a switch/thermostat plate was hanging loose from the wall. Photos attached. I would not recommend it.
