How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The area has supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and the owner is attentive to needs; street art around is pretty cool. The smell of tobacco is off-putting, and a few updates are needed—paint and some broken items like a bathroom light fixture, a kitchen light, and a bedroom door has a chipped part.

We stayed for two days in a very central spot with nearby markets and a shared kitchen where you can do whatever you want. The room was on the ground floor and the bathroom was poor.

The room is fine, has good air conditioning that’s appreciated when it’s hot, a comfortable and spacious bed, plenty of sockets, and good public transport links, so the distance from the center isn’t a problem if you like walking or have a Skopie travel pass. The bathrooms are not clean and there are only two showers for at least four rooms, making it a bit uncomfortable at certain times. Some guests have unpleasant hygiene habits and the lack of ventilation can be an issue. I originally gave it a 6 (I didn’t change the description because I think it’s honest) but the manager texted me on WhatsApp to insult me and tell me that “you’re paying for what you get.” So, if you want to pay little, know you’ll get dirty common areas and poor post‑review service if you mention it.
