The location was fine, but the property was under renovation, understaffed, the hot tub was broken, and the overall attitude felt off.

They refuse to give me my refund for canceling the trip, and everything else was terrible: under construction, a dumpster in front of the front door, motorcyclists blasting music at top volume right outside, the area felt unsafe, parking was unclear and didn't feel secure—never again, I want my refund.

The room was nice and spacious, yet it was covered in nasty dirt, the tubs were dirty, one bathroom had low water pressure, the other had a clogged drain, and renovations were underway with building supplies and utilities spilling from rooms in the parking garage; one of the pools was filthy.

The place was like the apartment building Nino Brown took over in New Jack City—filthy, noisy, smelling of smoke, grimy, with weave and dirt in the bed. The beach was crowded the day before my resort vacation, I asked for a refund, but the place is nasty and raggedy; if I had a dog, I wouldn't let it stay there.

The staff were friendly, but my booking changed from an Executive suite with two king oceanfront beds to a two‑bed oceanfront room without any notice, and I was charged the full price while the hotel was under renovations.
