The first room we got was on the first floor and we didn't like it. It was clean but too small for two people, with only one chair and one armchair, and no door between the room and the bathroom. When we asked for a better, cozier, larger room on the ground floor, they easily gave it to us for a small extra fee. From then on we felt very comfortable. The daily 4‑o’clock aperitif in the garden was also a nice and welcome gesture. Breakfast was delicious. The original first‑floor room was too small and impersonal for this otherwise pretty hotel, and the tasty breakfast was served in a room that didn't have enough space to enjoy it.
