The apartment was an incredible value. It had a large, fully stocked kitchen, even including olive oil, tea, and coffee, a dishwasher, and a full‑size fridge. The bathroom was very spacious with room to keep toiletries. The grounds have beautiful views. The owner gave us great travel tips. Roosters crowing at dawn. 😩 Be aware that this is a working farm and the owners are helpful; the place is immaculate, but they are busy!

The location was great, 10‑15 minutes by car to Lucca. Sabrina was a friendly and accommodating person; she also gave us tips on where to park, which restaurants, etc. The surroundings of the house were also great, very quiet, and you could drink your morning coffee outside. The kitchen had almost everything you need; the only thing missing was a microwave, but that’s a high‑level complaint. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds or the mattress; my husband and I are used to a firm mattress at home, and this one was unfortunately very uncomfortable.

Very clean, spacious, and beautiful apartment. That swimming pool is a dream, absolutely stunning! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and you feel right at home from the start. Sabrina is the most wonderful host; she knows all the best info (on the absolute best ice‑cream ever, granitas, Lucca’s events) and is always available for any request. Our kids went crazy with the dogs and cats, all super sweet and patient :) There are also some chickens and a little goat. It was harvest time when we stayed, and we were presented with some of the most delicious fruits from the farm. We had the most wonderful and relaxing time, and would love to come back again! Everything was perfect; there is nothing to point out. We really had such a great time.
