The only good thing about this place was the front desk person, who somehow managed to make me drive an hour just to show my ID and then charged me an extra $50 to save the room, even though it was already paid. But that's where the positives end, because everything else was a disaster - there was no hot water to shower, and breakfast consisted of nothing but cereal. It's a shame, because the location could have been great if the hotel had gotten the basics right.

Don't even think about booking this place – it's a nightmare. The experience was absolutely terrible, and the booking platform didn't do anything to help. The whole thing was a disaster, and I'm still trying to process how bad it was. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, and it was a complete mess.

I'm still trying to process the state of the room I was given - it was filthy, with cockroaches crawling all over the place. I'm not even exaggerating when I say there were tons of them. To make matters worse, the smoke alarm was detached, which I guess is just a nice touch to an already terrible experience.

The location of this hotel was its only redeeming quality - it was right in the middle of everything. But unfortunately, that's where the good news ends. Everything else was broken - the TV didn't work, the lamp didn't work, the pool was drained, and the ice machine was out of order. And to top it all off, the breakfast was a total disaster.
