Breakfasts were varied, the coffee was excellent, and the cappuccino was top quality. The room was spacious, the bedding very comfortable, and the location was ideal—close to everything. Unfortunately, the room faced the main street Via Umberto, so there was a lot of noise even at night.

The hotel sits just a few minutes from the historic centre and about fifteen minutes from the train station; the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was decent, the staff were pleasant, and the place was quiet – a good spot for a noisy city like Naples – but the value for money didn’t match a true four‑star rating; a chain such as Mercure or NH would be better. The bathroom didn’t justify the room price, the building is a residential block on an upper floor, and reception staff quality varied wildly from very attentive to mediocre. The so‑called roof‑top is actually a first‑floor room without charm.

The entrance feels odd, yet the hotel itself is very good with modern facilities; it’s only about 350 m from the metro, letting you avoid the dishonest taxi drivers at Napoli Centrale station, and you can tap your credit card to access the metro. The breakfast was the best we’ve had in Italy, the air‑conditioning is superb and fully digital, and the street noise is excellently isolated. Despite some comments about the city, we found the location very safe.
