“Good location but not for me at all .”
The spot was decent, but the bathroom in my room was a real hassle, especially since I was traveling with my son; the staff couldn't arrange a taxi and were not helpful at all.

The room was comfortable. The Soak restaurant was awful, and they charge a cover to dine there, which is wild. I’ll share a pic of the “pizza” so you understand the quality of food. Stick to drinks or just avoid it and you’ll be happier.

The big window in our room overlooking the city lights was amazing, and having a park, a rooftop bar, a cafe, and a mall nearby was a plus; we were just steps from Shibuya crossing but not in a congested area, closer to Harajuku, with stores and restaurants all around so you don’t have to scramble through crowds—this place is truly the place to stay.

The spot in Shibuya was great, the hotel felt cozy, I liked the lounge area, the coffee shop, and the park outside, but the breakfast could have offered more variety.

The location was solid and the lobby looked slick and clean, the shower had good pressure and the bed was comfortable, though if you’re sensitive to train noise you might hear it but I didn’t mind; the USB port for charging was outdated and should be type‑C, the room was cramped with no room for large luggage, and the bed could have been raised to store stuff underneath; the reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming, one counter guy was mumbling and I couldn’t hear him, and the glass wall shower and toilet were too close to the bed, making it awkward—prefer a non‑glass wall.
