“Não voltaria.”
The restaurant was closed. The flat was lacking maintenance, the balcony door let in a lot of wind, which caused a whistling noise, and the deck was a bit scary. The old facilities, a moldy curtain, made the environment unpleasant.
The structure and location were fine. The elevator was under maintenance, and parking is paid.

There was no cleaning. Everything was very old and dirty, especially the bathroom. The bed linens and towels were dirty and old; the blankets smelled bad, probably never washed. The microwave, sandwich maker, and kitchen items were unusable. The curtains were torn and faded. I asked reception to clean the bathroom and change the towels, but they didn’t. The building was old and smelled of mold. The only thing that saved the stay was the sea view, though the terrace was also dirty, the granite that should have been white was black. Terrible experience, not recommended!

The apartment itself is very good. It has a large double bed and two small extra beds that accommodate children and even adults well. The new air conditioner works fine, the TV is good, and there’s a hair dryer, iron, and other kitchen utensils. The view of the sea and beach is great. The apartment is great, but the condominium is awful. Many mornings there was no hot water for showers. There are 5 elevators but only one works, and even that broke and left us without an elevator for most of the day. We were on the 10th floor and had to use the fire stairs, which were dirty, poorly lit, and had a strong mold smell. The condominium pool area is under construction but unfinished. The direct beach access doesn’t work. Parking is extra and costs more than at the mall. It’s a shame.
