The only good thing was the location; the staff were fine but not very prompt. The room was dark, with windows facing a concrete fence and a staircase, making it gloomy and stuffy. Check‑in was listed as 9:00, yet the room wasn’t ready until 11:00, so we cancelled the reservation.
