“FUJAM DESSA POUSADA.”

The pool might be good, but the lodge has no breakfast, no parking, and I was given a 12‑square‑meter cubicle that I measured with a tape measure and found to be less than 10 m². The floor area, excluding walls, is under 10 m². On Saturday I woke up to construction noise: a Makita cutting floor, loud chatter, and other clatter. My room was next to the pool kitchen, which had a window overlooking a corridor full of construction materials and a person cutting the floor. I filmed the measurements, the location, and the conversation with the contractor, who confirmed he was there around 7 am. I’m not posting the worker’s name to protect him. Stay away from this lodge. No respect. No administration.

The location is good, but my stay was unpleasant. I was put in a ground‑floor room that seemed to be part of a larger space, separated by a drywall wall with poor sound insulation. Being next to the reception, I could hear almost everything. Every time a guest checked in or out, the noise was audible inside the room, making it hard to rest. Another major issue was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. It has a door that opens directly onto the outside, apparently from when it was used as the pool bathroom. While I was using it, people tried to open that door from outside, likely thinking it was the pool bathroom. The situation was extremely uncomfortable and made me feel insecure about privacy. A room meant for lodging should at least offer tranquility, privacy, and safety. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

“Excelente custo benefício em relação a outras pousadas da capital.”

The environment was very pleasant, the receptionists were very attentive, it was worth it, we liked the stay so much that we added another night. We will definitely return. The place is calm and safe. The only slight downside was not having private parking, but we parked on the street in front of the lodge and had no security issues.

“Excelente pousada”

I liked everything about the lodge: the room, pillow, mattress, and bathroom. Nothing to complain about. Palmas is a strange city for those used to having a bakery or market nearby. If you’re not driving, you need a ride for any place, because here you can only get around by ride‑share.
