The proprietor was always kind and available, the cleanliness and location of the property were excellent, and everything was flawless.

Susanna was exceptional. She welcomed us as if we were family, and even though my son was small and some time had passed since our trip, she still remembered us. The property itself was very clean and welcoming.

The stay was decent, but the hostess should learn a dozen English words.

The spot offers great parking, a tasty breakfast, roomy bathrooms, and a wonderful host. Suzanna only speaks a little English, and I only a little Italian, yet she arranged someone to help with check‑in and was incredibly friendly every time we met. The B&B sits near Treviso and the Venice airport, and I’ll definitely return.
