The village location and the ability to ski in and out are great. The room is small but cozy. The bathroom toilet kept leaking, but maintenance resolved it. Lamps were missing shades. The decor could use an update because it feels dark and outdated.

I was pleasantly surprised by the tranquility of the hotel, as I was the only guest I saw during my stay, but I found it challenging to find nearby dining options. On the other hand, I thoroughly enjoyed playing golf at a nearby course. However, I was disappointed by the lack of information provided on how to check out, and the parking lot was inconveniently located, even though there were empty spots nearby.

The hotel's location was a major plus, but unfortunately, my shower experience was a letdown due to the cold water that never seemed to warm up.

The hotel's central location was a significant advantage, but I was frustrated by the complicated check-in procedure, which could have been simplified with clear instructions on where to go.
