We were greeted politely and kindly right away, and they let us leave our luggage; the next morning we used room service because we had to leave early due to an unforeseen event, and the tasting menu for dinner was absolutely fantastic.

The breakfast, while not especially abundant, is served directly in the room and is great for sweet lovers; it isn’t comparable to a hotel’s or even a mid‑range hotel’s breakfast, but that’s because this place isn’t a traditional hotel at all—it’s more of a hybrid, overall well executed. The rooms are truly beautiful: ours had a wonderful view of the Alps and a balcony—more accurately a real terrace—used exclusively, perfect for enjoying the panorama in peace. The in‑room breakfast service, at the agreed time and with Swiss punctuality, is a notable plus. It eliminates that classic hotel moment where, just after waking, you have to rush to the dining room, unsure whether to dress for the day or not. Overall the experience was very positive and I would recommend the place to a friend. I asked for an extra towel for the shower because we only had one, and they didn’t bring it. The joys and pains of the aforementioned hybrid structure.

Great location with a beautiful terrace outside and a convenient underground parking with a charging station, very friendly and helpful staff, very spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant where we had a delicious steak. There was nothing that we didn't like

It would be nice to add something savory to the breakfast. Too bad about the in‑room ventilation; it made a deafening noise that we had to alert staff about, and they shut the system down.
