The location is great in a lovely area, with easy access and nearby parking, but the whole complex suffers from poor maintenance and the room was extremely dirty – the floor was unclean, there were dead insects and spider‑mites, a musty smell that was tried to be masked with a lot of air freshener, and the extra bed we had requested in advance was not set up properly when we arrived; a staff member came to pull out used sheets from the wardrobe to arrange the bed.

The location and cleanliness are good, the Shirin is lovely, but maintenance is lacking – some furniture is cheap and stained, and the pool chairs are full of mildew.
