The location is great for walking to the library, art museum, paper church, and other sights, close to a large health food supermarket and a bus stop that makes airport transfers very convenient.

The location and kitchen are good. The bathroom temperature was very cold and the staff were very inattentive.

The beds were sturdy with curtains, and the kitchen was super beautiful and fully stocked with everything you need. There are few showers/WCs; it wasn’t a problem when it wasn’t busy, but I think in summer you might have to wait for an available shower.

The reception staff are kind, helpful, and supportive, thanks to the workers at Urbanz. No major issues, though the TV instructions weren’t very clear, but it’s acceptable.

It was nice and comfy, felt safe even though it’s downtown, and was very close to everything. The location was great, the facility was nice, clean, quiet, and well organized. It would have been nice to have a communal microwave/kettle for hot water.
