I was never able to stay there and they still haven’t refunded me; every time I call they lie about having approved my refund.

“I will not stay here again, was suppose to get a room next to the rest of our party staying there and that didn’t happen”

The location was fine for a weekend, but the ice maker was broken, the TV only had one channel, the chair at the desk was filthy, and the room only had decaf coffee. It was supposed to be non‑smoking but smelled like smoke; the desk clerk did come and spray the room to help a bit.

“Room and stay was nice. Staff was not so pleasant.”

They charged my credit card even though I was told I could pay cash at check‑in and they wouldn’t allow it; they also wouldn’t credit the card back and seemed to have trouble understanding English.
