Clean and comfy, the beds had firm mattresses that were really good, and the location was great. The price was high for the size of the hotel, they didn’t tell us and there’s no QR code or Wi‑Fi password, but since it was only one night we didn’t ask at reception. We booked a room for three but it only had space for four, and there were only two bath towels.
It’s a no‑frills spot that gets the basics right – tidy rooms, a clean hallway, and overall a decent place to stay. Nothing fancy, but it does the job.
“Muito bom valeu a pena”
The service fell short of expectations; staff seemed indifferent and slow to respond to requests, which put a damper on the stay.
The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a good variety of items. Everything worked smoothly and left a solid impression.
Breakfast was tasty and the staff were quick to help, while the rooms felt tidy and well‑organized. The only drawback is that there’s no elevator, which makes luggage a hassle on the upper floors.
