The riad feels very cozy, with very helpful and kind people who assist you with everything. They provide free parking for the car, escort you from the parking to the riad so you don’t get lost in the Medina, and also walk you to the city center until the Royal Palace. Everything is perfect, very clean, new, and the breakfast is also good and plentiful. Nothing at all, everything is perfect.

The décor is stylish, the place is spotless, the rooms are comfy, and it sits right in the Medina. The hosts are friendly, courteous, and super helpful, and the breakfast tastes great. Nothing to complain about.

The room was clean, the breakfast excellent, and the boy was very friendly! He waited for us at the nearest parking lot to escort us to the riad, and the parking for us who were staying there was free. The only downside was that the room was near the entrance, so we could hear external noises.

The two boys who took care of us were very kind, and the rooms are perfect. There was a problem with hot water supply, but it was going to be fixed.

The location isn’t ideal if you have mobility issues. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The room was narrow, the bed was too hard for my taste but might suit someone else, the TV wasn’t working properly and the remote didn’t work at all. The bathroom door was very squeaky, waking my partner every time I used the loo, and that wasn’t fixed. I tried slapping cream on it but it didn’t help.
