“This is not a hotel it’s a shelter , service and facility.”
There is nothing good about the hotel. I’ve stayed here a couple of times, each time convincing myself they might improve, but they actually got worse. In the morning, a front‑desk girl responded to my complaint that someone had banged on my door at 1102, saying it’s check‑out time; when I mentioned that to the front‑desk morning girl she said, “if you don’t like it here, don’t come here again,” what a hospitality attitude! The same girl during a different stay, when I asked for towels because the room had none, she said, “I have no towels now, just go look for the housekeeper and ask for towels.” The room was always smelly, and I checked in a couple of times into rooms with no towels. Only the gentleman who works at the front desk is kind and nice, but he always complains, “I’m here by myself.” It’s a cheap place for the area, and now I know why: terrible service, smelly rooms, shady people sitting in front of the hotel all the time, some will beg for a cigarette. This is not a hotel; it’s more like a shelter.
