The hotel’s spot is spot‑on for anyone who wants to jump on a trail quickly, which was a huge plus for us. Inside, the corridors are pretty dim and it took us about ten minutes to get to the breakfast area, but we managed. The restaurant meals were underwhelming – we stuck to the bistro bar for most of our food. In hindsight, the all‑inclusive package wasn’t worth it, especially since the hike to Las Torres is easy to do on your own.

“Nice room and good location but far overpriced for the level of service and quality”

The room itself was comfortable, but the price was absurd – you’re paying way more than you’d get at places like Rio Serrano Spa. Breakfast and the other meals were pricey and nothing special, and the overall vibe didn’t match the hype. Even though the location is nice, a half‑board rate that includes just one alcoholic drink for $900 a night feels ridiculous.

I booked the Bagueano Cultural Experience half‑day tour expecting a three‑hour deep dive, but it wrapped up in barely forty minutes, which felt like a bait‑and‑switch. The guide spent most of the time eating, drinking, and snapping photos, offering little commentary, and the English translation was shaky at best. To make matters worse, I was charged $241 for two people, far above the advertised CLP 88,000 per person, with no explanation.
