The team was truly outstanding—everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit, and we’re grateful for their warm hospitality. The only drawback was the transport: the Grab pick‑up point is a 10‑minute walk from the hotel, and the taxis offered at the entrance were the only option available and were pricey. More convenient and cheaper transport would be better.

The architecture and design of this hotel is beautiful and pretty faultless. It felt topic class - the design is traditional yet modern and was our favourite thing about our stay - beautiful views. Unfortunately the food did not even nearly hit the mark for a 5 star resort. The juice did not appear to be fresh. We had the set 7 course menu with tasting one night and the first course - crab and second chicken wings tasted the exact same as all you could taste was a thick deep friend batter. The wine pairings were not always served with the dishes. Service around the pool area was also lacking for the first day or 2, despite about 6 staff all huddled together near the bar. It significantly improved the last day as I think another guest complained about it. The staff were lovely it just seems poor management and more 4 star service

My husband and I stayed in Indonesia for 2 weeks and stayed in 3 different hotels. This hotel was by far the absolute best out of them all. What stood out to us was how amazing the staff and service was. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, truly amazing service. My husband hurt his foot during a tour and the staff often asked how his foot was recovering and sent ice to the room on several occasions. They also decorated our room for our anniversary which was such a beautiful surprise to walk into upon checking in. Also the cleanliness of the hotel was top tier. Our room was always cleaned very well. We will definitely we coming back the next time we visit Bali
