I made a mistake on my reservation, but the staff were amazing and helped me keep it. They were incredible, I love the place and the people, and I’m even considering moving to Copenhagen!

“l'un des hébergements les moins cher de la ville mais pas que des avantages”

La situation, l'espace commun avec déco "industrielle". Le lit était assez étroit et coincé dans une mansarde , impossible d'en sortir des 2 côtés et risque de se taper la tête. Isolation inexistante entre les chambres, on avait l'impression d'avoir nos voisins dans la chambre. Des classes d'étudiants en voyage occupaient l'étage et avaient assez peu d'égards envers les autres "locataires", bruit tardif

“Antes las habitaciones eran más grandes”

La ubicación. Que las habitaciones son más pequeñas, como que las achicaron, antes eran mas grandes y te sentías más cómodo. Que la secadora no estuviera disponible, que el extractor de aire no funcionara en el baño. Pero algo que como cliente me afecto mucho que la maquina para tostar el pan ya no estuviera y en su lugar pusieran otra que simplemente no me provoca la misma experiencia
