“I will never stay at this hotel again.”

The location and I had a roof over my head while being 5 hours from home. The absolute disgusting room I was provided. Pubic hairs and stains on the sheet. When staff went to assist with changing the bedding - she could not provide a new room due to booked hotel - the mattress protectors had stains that had clearly not been laundered and the staff member was going to place the fitted sheet over it. The actual bed had dried coffee spilled on it. The toilet and shower looked like chemicals were poured but not scrubbed as they were still in the shower and toilet

“It was a very pleasant and peaceful night/morning”

Breakfast was very good, though it could have been restocked a little more often. Nothing else to note.
