How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I always book this place when I'm back in Ho Chi Minh City because the staff remember me and treat me like family, always giving me my preferred room without me asking—truly five‑star service.

The staff were very friendly and sent me a list of tourist attractions, which was incredibly helpful for my first visit.

The room matched the photos, and the front‑desk staff were very helpful and enthusiastic.

The location is great. However, they don’t speak any English at all and are not accommodating. The street‑side rooms have only 1 cm of clearance between the frame and the window, so the air conditioning feels like it’s blowing into the street and you can hear the street noise when you sleep.

I was really looking forward to a good night's sleep, but unfortunately, the noise from the hourly rentals was unbearable. The hotel seemed to be catering to couples who were in and out all night, which made it impossible for me to get any rest. I tried to cancel my booking, but it was too late. It was definitely a disappointing experience and one I won't be repeating.
