Breakfast was delicious and there was a take‑away option. The staff were flexible and switched my room without any hassle when the first one didn’t suit me. Wi‑Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for remote work. The room and bathroom were spotless—clean even under the bed! Cleaning could be requested on demand. Hot water was always available. It’s an ideal spot for a longer stay—highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

The hotel staff were charming and prepared breakfast to go because my flight left at 7 am. The pillows could have been better; they were too thin and a bit uncomfortable.

The spot is fine—Cusco is easy to walk around, so location isn’t a deal‑breaker. The place itself was pretty grimy: the bed headboards were dust‑covered, the towels were neither white nor intact, and they never even had a soap scent. I had to request fresh bed linens because the ones I saw looked like they hadn’t been changed from previous guests, smelled like sweat, and were visibly dirty. The kitchen cabinets were a real shame—old and filthy, nothing like the photos.

Two front‑desk staff members were helpful, but everything else was underwhelming: the railings were dirty, the floor was filthy, and the uneven tiles in the rooms made you trip. The mattresses felt uncomfortable, the breakfast was terrible, and the sugar dispensers at reception were already old. There were only a few drink options at breakfast, and the portions were tiny. Most of the staff weren’t very pleasant, except for the two reception girls.
