The staff were friendly and attentive, always with a smile. The views and setting were beautiful, and breakfast was good. However, rooms didn’t include slippers, and getting a cab was a nightmare because no driver wanted to navigate the narrow roads.
The spot was gorgeous and the staff were friendly.
“Tranquil place”
It’s an incredible spot, and the staff were genuinely helpful. I wish there was easier beach access.
“Incredible secluded retreat in Galle”
Where to even begin? This stay was incredible and by far one of the best hotel stays I’ve been to. We were the only guests (due to the off‑season and many tourists rescheduling), so we felt extra attended to and the staff were exceptionally accommodating, even letting us check out later. Food was out of this world and the chef personally greeted us. Monkeys could be seen in the trees by the pool, and little chipmunks waved from the balcony. Little Max was a sweetheart and kept us company. I would recommend this resort to anyone wanting a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Galle.
“Wish I could have stayed longer.”
The hotel is off the beaten track so it’s very peaceful, which is what I like, but it was still very easy to get to and from town and the beach by tuk tuk. It was very quiet due to the Middle East situation, but that didn’t stop the staff from showing up fully and always with big smiles and generous hospitality. The service was excellent and the food was incredible. The facilities were wonderful, you have everything you need to be comfortable in the room and the public areas of the property. The view was fantastic from every window of the hotel. A full nature immersion. I already can’t wait to visit again soon. I don’t have a bad word to say about it
