The hotel’s facilities are very good. The bed is comfortable, the shower is good, breakfast is nice… the reception staff are also friendly and very polite. The women who prepare breakfast are also very courteous, the cleaning is excellent, the room is very clean, organized, and smells good. I found the team very proactive! One thousand points! I will come back many times.

We arrived and the front desk said there was no reservation. She claimed they had called to cancel and I hadn’t answered. I saw they had dialed the wrong number. The manager never appeared even after repeated requests. The front desk gave names of other hotels: all were fully booked.

Everything was spot on. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and the place felt just right. No complaints at all.

The bed was awesome and the whole place was spotless. The only downside? The breakfast was underwhelming, not much to choose from.
