How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
There was nothing to like. A double bed was promised, but we got a single bed and a mattress on the floor. The shower didn’t work; after asking staff they attempted a fix but there was still no warm water or sufficient pressure. The room had no faucet, ants were present, and the water taps in the common area were empty. It was a terrible stay, not what I expected.
