They let us drop off our luggage before check‑in and even after check‑out, but the entrance was under repair with a sign telling us to go up to the third floor, the staff were Gen Z and not very helpful or friendly, the room carpet was dirty, the shower tiles were moldy and grimy, and the furniture was stained and poorly maintained.
