“Una bella vacanza uh”

Casa di Lucia is very welcoming, well furnished, and well managed by Marco. The room, which we found spotless, was simply decorated but had all the comforts. The kitchen for breakfasts was very spacious and fully equipped. We also found a washing machine that we used before leaving! We must thank Marco for being willing to listen to our requests, especially for immediately checking and doing an extraordinary cleaning of the air‑conditioner filter. Thanks also to the cleaning ladies for their kindness and friendliness. In short, we had a short vacation in full relaxation and were able to fully appreciate the coast of Trabocchi. The only small negative note is that the mattress was a bit uncomfortable.

Great room, clean and complete for a short stay visiting the area. The fenced and secure parking is convenient. The self‑serve breakfast is on par with many B&Bs. Everything was good!

The location is super convenient, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is fantastic. The breakfast could use a makeover, especially the brioche—I usually buy them the day before—and the mattress isn’t the most comfortable, but overall I’d recommend it and would stay again.

The house itself is gorgeous, and the shared kitchen is well equipped, except for the missing dishwasher. Compared to what was advertised on Booking, neither the city center nor the beach are within walking distance; it’s not so much the distance but the fact that the house sits on a fast‑moving street without sidewalks or pedestrian crossings, so you had to drive for every trip.

Ottima la posizione tra mare ed entroterra e vicinanza all’autostrada Ottima la pulizia. La colazione dovrebbe essere più variegata e includere anche il salato per chi ad esempio non ama il dolce La sala colazione è dotata solo di 1 tavolo con 4 sedie che non è sufficiente quando la struttura è piena. Se ci sono ospiti di un’altra camera a fare colazione bisogna aspettare che si liberi il tavolo Migliorare la segnalazione dell’ingresso in struttura sulla strada, poco visibile sia di giorno che di notte
