The reception and housekeeping staff were welcoming, the breakfasts were delicious and hot, and there was always coffee, tea, hot water, a iron, and a 24‑hour coffee station; it was close to public transport, markets, banks, and tourist spots. The bathroom was tiny, the shower drain was clogged, and the craft stalls only accepted cash (quetzales) and no cards.
