“This is a scam do not book”

We were heading to Naples after a long day of travel and found ourselves unable to access the room we had booked. No way to reach the host through the website, phone, or WhatsApp, so we were essentially stranded with no place to stay. Finding last‑minute accommodation proved difficult, and the area around the station was rough, full of graffiti and piles of trash, making it feel hostile even during the day, let alone at night. The staff offered no help in locating alternative lodging, leaving us to resolve the issue on our own. This was a terrible experience and I am demanding full compensation for what feels like a scam on their platform.

“Conforto e ótima localização.”

The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from Napoli Centrale Station. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean with spotless towels, and having a kettle to heat water for coffee or tea was a nice touch. The host was available throughout and welcoming, so we recommend Mysuite Napoli. The room is on the 5th floor, and sometimes the elevator door isn’t closed properly, causing the elevator to stop on the wrong floor; this happened to me twice, forcing me to walk up five flights, which could be an issue for elderly guests. I also had many mosquito bites, so a repellent would be helpful. A microwave would make the place even better.

The place is fairly welcoming and comfortable if you’re staying just to sleep. I appreciated the small fridge. It could be cleaner; the linens had mask stains, the sheet was torn, and extra pillows lacked covers. The building is near the station, but that area doesn’t feel very safe. Despite these issues, it was comfortable for two nights.

The location near Napoli Centrale Station is convenient, and the host was friendly in communications and offered luggage storage after checkout. The property is semi‑new but poorly cleaned, especially on arrival when the cleaning seemed superficial. The bed sheet was stained, pillows were soft, walls were dirty, the new bathroom had a long‑standing stain on the toilet that wasn’t removed, the electric kettle’s remote was defective, furnishings were basic, there was no coat rack, the luggage rack was noisy, and the wardrobe was inadequate for hanging clothes. Cleaning tools were visible at the entrance, and the rooms were noisy with voices from the adjacent unit. It’s on the 5th floor of an old building. I’m disappointed that recent positive reviews overlook these recurring problems, indicating the manager isn’t properly supervising cleaning and services.
