“Comfortable and convenient stay near Stanford”

The place is great near Stanford, the room was clean and comfy, staff were friendly, and we had everything we needed for a short stay in Palo Alto – very convenient and good value. Nothing significant went wrong; everything worked well.

“Price was reasonable as I booked early, for the location which is close to university”

The room was clean, amenities were good enough, and it was nice to find a coffee machine with Starbucks pods. The cleaning staff were friendly. When I checked out I could leave my bags in storage for a few hours. The location is central, within walking distance to a cafe, and close enough to the university. However, no one was at reception when I arrived – only the kiosk – so I had no place to store my bags until the room was ready. Breakfast was not included with the room, and I wasn’t informed of any facilities upon arrival. I’d call it a motel, not a hotel.
