Red Roof Inn & Suites DeKalb

It was quiet with all traffic that goes through on Lincoln highway. The courtesy call was nice to ask if the room was up to standards. Have no complaints

“In short, I am not pleased with this particular hotel in this location because my personal experience this weekend”

The property itself was ok and the room was very clean. Need better cable/tv, the ad said continental breakfast and there was noon, the ad also said pool which there was, but the staff that checked me in said that the pool was closed for the season and I found out the next Morty a different staff that it was not closed, and the pool is the main reason I choose to stay there. I was charged on the day I booked the hotel, which was not to be the case and charged a hundred dollars for security deposit at check in, when usually that is done at booking!

Their staff hospitality it was very nice. I also in the stay in their rooms as well.thank you for opportunity 😁 to enjoy such a place. And a big plus I definitely loved y'all gym. N/A

“施設はとても古いけど頑張っているモーテル。DeKalbは宿泊が高くつくけれど、ここは冷蔵庫と電子レンジがあるのがいい。”

かなり古い建物/施設だが、リフォームがきちんとされていた。エアコンも、暖房も冷房もよく効いて快適。フロントのスタッフも掃除のスタッフも丁寧でフレンドリーだった。連泊だったが、電子レンジとよく冷える冷蔵庫があったので便利だった。. ミニ冷蔵庫がキャビネットの中なのでアクセスが面倒。電子レンジがキャビネットの中で、しかも立った時に腰より低い位置にあるので、非常に使いづらかった。お風呂場の排水管から虫が這い出てくるので何かでしっかりとカバーしておく必要があった。部屋は禁煙だったが、喫煙所が近かったためタバコの匂いが気になった。
