The staff at the breakfast buffet were very attentive. The rooms were large and quiet, and the location was good. The room’s cleanliness could have been better, especially the bathroom floor.

The room was beautiful with sea view and a balcony, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were friendly and parking was included. The only downside was the breakfast next door, which was very sparse for a 4‑star residence: the same sausage and cheese every day, no water, only orange juice, and the scrambled eggs and omelette were almost cold. There was no sliced fresh fruit, no honey, and no cake—quite disappointing.

The view of the sea was great and the beach was just a 20‑meter walk across the street. The place was clean and the staff were pleasant. Meals were served in a second building about 50 meters away; the selection was standard but the quality was good. Poreč centre is reachable by a 30‑35 minute walk.
