It was very central in the city centre – the room was small and cosy, the breakfast included was very good with a large selection, and the staff was very attentive. More lighting in the hallway would be better and a sturdier door at the main entrance.

Breakfast was average but turned a mediocre stay into a nice experience. Putting the key in a lockbox was smart; it allowed for late check‑in. The location was quite good. The bed width was fine. The kitchen’s access to the room was awkward, the door was hard to open, and it might be a bit challenging for someone with a mild dust allergy.

My booking was cancelled by the property via a message. Three days later I received an email stating the booking was marked as unpaid, even though I never stayed there. I understand how the system works and am familiar with the rules. I kindly ask that this situation be reviewed fairly, as it should not happen to me or to other guests in the future.
