The rooms were amazing, with a great bed, wonderful bathrooms, and a beautiful lobby and hallways; the sabrage was excellent—exactly as it should be, with music and everything one would expect. I can't give 10/10 because many of the staff don't speak English, and the gym, pool area, locker rooms, and sauna/steam rooms feel very dated and unclean.

The rooms reeked of cigarettes – the smell clung to the bedding, furniture and made it impossible to sleep. We asked for all rooms on the same floor, but they scattered us across three different levels, which was a hassle for our family. With that many rooms they could have offered at least one free upgrade, yet the receptionist kept trying to push a presidential suite and then a paid‑for luxury room, while insisting we cancel our reservation and book directly at the desk. In the end we stayed with our original booking. There was no luggage‑packing service, but the breakfasts were decent. The hotel’s location was terrible, surrounded by dirty, smelly streets that were impossible to walk through, and the whole area felt unsanitary.

I arrived at 15:00, yet my room wasn’t ready; I was told to wait half an hour in another room. I chose to spend the time by the pool, but it looked nothing like the photos: tiny, surrounded by a huge fence, only 2‑3 loungers, no beverage delivery service, and overall unpleasant. I didn’t want to stay there and returned to my room, which still wasn’t ready even after an hour; they kept asking me to wait 15 minutes each time. Eventually I couldn’t take it and left to walk around, and they moved me themselves. The room I booked based on the pictures was large and beautiful, but it turned out to be old and not cozy. Huge sofas, old speakers, a TV blocking the bedroom window that offered a nice view, and I didn’t have the energy to remove it. In the living room windows were doodled with hotel services in chalk. For a 5‑star level this is absurd. For the same money I moved the next day to a very luxurious and beautiful hotel, where the comfort level was much higher. I don’t recommend this hotel. The hotel and rooms need a major overhaul, but if that’s impossible, the price should be much lower.
