The bed and pillows were comfortable, the sheets were fantastic and gave me the restful nights I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about; I liked everything.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were brilliant and clearly committed to making sure I had everything I needed. Woody the concierge was fabulous. The room was beautiful and spacious, the pool was gorgeous and well kept, and the breakfast was very good. The location is great, with many nice restaurants and massage places nearby, and they offer a shuttle to the BTS station. The only thing is that the mattress could have been slightly firmer.

A very stylish hotel in Thonglor with chic rooms and very friendly staff in all areas (reception, breakfast, service). The location is good but a bit on the edge of the city. The nearest BTS station (Thong Lo) is about 1 km away, but there is a shuttle that also goes to the “Emquartier” mall. Breakfast offers a mix of à la carte and buffet, with a good selection and quality. The beds are very comfortable, but the pillows are either too big or a bit too soft (subjective perception). The pool could stay open a bit longer in the evening so guests can swim after a long day in the city. In the shower the water didn’t drain completely because the tiles in one corner were lower than the drain in the middle.

The hotel is in one of the best neighborhoods in Bangkok. The breakfast is magnificent and the rooms are spacious. The most outstanding aspect is the staff, especially the concierge manager. I’m hesitant to write his Thai name because I’d probably get it wrong, but he helped, guided, and advised us in an extraordinarily professional way, from finding a rental car to real‑estate matters.
