It had roaches! The burners in the kitchen didn’t work, which was the main reason I had the hotel cook for me and try to save money. The place wasn’t very clean, and I was told I had to wash the towels instead of them providing more. A manager promised she’d personally inspect the kitchen burners but never showed up. I was told pest control would come, but they never did. Horrible experience! Wouldn’t go back!

Clean, comfortable, and no one bothers you.

I was refunded because I never had to stay, and the staff were very accommodating, but the place looked nothing like the photos—appliances and furniture were rusted, it smelled of marijuana, the no‑smoking policy wasn’t enforced, and overall it felt dirty and sketchy compared to the pictures on display.

They told me the hotel was overbooked and I never got to stay, but they offered us other in‑town suites that were good and helpful.

The people were nice, and the area was nice.
