“Bad hospitality”

Nothing. Rooms dirty even find a used condom. No hot water I requested a big room but was not given we had to squeeze each other in Beds Ablution system not working No extra blankets and it was cold Aircon not working Hospitality very bad

“you need to improve on the cleaness and make sure the water is hot”

the bathrooms were not clean,the water was cold,we travelled a long distance only get cold water and the beds are not confortable.the noise the make in the morning when we ere still sleeping was bad,there was no rest. showers must have hot water ,change beds,clean the bathrooms

“Not prepared for our arrival maybe booked for other tenants”

The location is okay not far from main road or town. The bathroom was not clean No enough towels, no soaps, no air extraction system, etc
